The Silent Enemy
Stress is like a sneaky little intruder that creeps into our lives without warning. It doesn’t always announce its presence with loud alarms or flashing lights. Instead, it lurks in the shadows, quietly affecting our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in subtle ways.
The Power of Perception
When it comes to detecting signs of stress in ourselves or others, it’s important to remember that not all indicators are obvious or easy to spot. Stress can manifest in a myriad of ways, and its effects can vary from person to person. A Tale of Two Clients
Take, for example, two of my recent clients. One of them, let’s call her Sarah, was experiencing frequent migraines and a constant feeling of fatigue.
